TYPES OF ANALYSIS

  • Analysis of the type of oil composition, anti-oxidants, and all the different types of oil degradation, potentially by measuring RULER, ESR, MPC, RPVOT, water content, APC, viscosity, SEM, FTIR, ESR.
  • Automatic or operator particle counting, granulometry, foaming, de-emulsification, de-aeration, TOST, CPA, spectroscopy.

EXAMPLE OF PREDICTIVE ANALYSIS

Specific oil degradation test according to existing standards.

  • Definition of the cleanliness objective in accordance with standard 12669.

Example of analysis for correlation

  • Quantitative and qualitative particle count analysis to iso 4406 and 4407 standards.
  • Identification of pollutants and their nature, number, particle size distribution, oil and patch color.
  • Monitoring by aqueous analysis and correlation, depending on the severity of the system, by MPC analysis (rate of oxidation residue in the oil), and Ruler analysis (rate of anti-oxidant still in the oil), which can be accompanied by quarterly or annual analysis depending on 45% viscosity, acidity, basic resistance or atomic element spectroscopy, as well as foaming, de-emulsification or de-aeration.
